Raventos i Blanc de Nit Rossado Cava NV
Raventós i Blanc is a winery with one of the longest documented winegrowing traditions in the world.Twenty-one generations of Raventós have lived on this estate and worked this land, 90 hectares of vines, forest and lake, with a specific microclimate influenced by the river, a lake, two streams and a hill known as the Turó del Serral.
The vines of the Barbera, Plana and Viader plots have deep soil with a clay loam texture, which provides us with freshness and elegance.
An intriguing rosé that conceals the soul of a white wine in its purity and transparence. A splash of Monastrell imparts a special complexity and elegance to Raventós cuvée de Nit, though the classic mineral freshness of this revered Cava house is untouched. A wonderful selection for special occasions with delicate sandwiches, sliced ham, and young cheeses.

Comando G La Bruja de Rozas 2016
93 Points
Although there are some who affectionately call them the ‘enochalados’ (‘crazy oenologists’),the members of Comando G are three young oenologists and viticulturists who carved out their ‘official’ careers in prestigious bodegas. in reality, this ‘online cooperative bodega is carrying out the very serious task of searching for old-vine vineyards planted with the Garnacha grape variety in the Sierra de Gredos, located between the provinces of Madrid and Ávila.
Comando G’s “village” wine, La Bruja de Rozas is sourced from several vineyards in the vicinity of Las Rozas de Puerto Real. Pure Garnacha from granitic sand, La Bruja is perfumed and lively with plenty of fruit with a backbone of acidity and fine tannin.
