“Tenuta la Falcona” (The Falcon Estate) extends for 30 hectares over the moraine hills which are nestled between Valeggio sul Mincio, a province of Verona, and Lake Garda. This terrain is rich in history, where, strolling through the vineyards, one can still catch sight of fort ruins and antique Austrian outposts in an interlacing mix between past and present. Recently purchased by the Cottini family, this estate has now returned to its antique splendor thanks to the unification of all the original parcels of land and the gradual restauration of the vineyards using the guyot system. The four siblings passionately pursue the course laid out by their father Sergio forty years ago. The large mulberry tree that camps out in the vast courtyard of the Tenuta symbolizes this steadfast loyalty between the family and the land.
